Katrina Gardner
Owner, Hairstylist
Kat Gardner is both a stylist and the owner of Cowboys & Angels. She grew up in Temple, Texas and went to Bella Beauty College. She specializes in haircuts for men, women, and children and stays up to date with all the new styling techniques.
Kat hopes to grow her skills in fashion colors, such as learning how to do rainbow hair. Her current goal is for the salon to continue to be successful and to possibly open a second location in the future. Kat is friendly, shy, and quiet, but she loves her clients and getting to know them.
Tiffany Collier
Salon Manager, Hairstylist
Tiffany Collier is a stylist and the salon manager of Cowboys & Angels. She has been doing hair since 2005 and services men, women and children. For the past three years, she has worked specially with children that have sensory sensitivities or need special accommodations for haircuts. While she has dedicated most of her career to doing highlights, balayage, colors, and all types of vibrant color blends, she believes in staying educated behind the chair.
Tiffany is most known for her bob haircuts, clipper cuts, and highlights. She loves people, and it is her passion to serve the community by participating in community events as well as sharing her talents on the streets with Haircuts for Humanity.
Crystal Padgett
Hairstylist
Crystal Padgett is one of our hairstylists from Waco, Texas. She chose this industry because when growing up, her mother and aunt did hair, so Crystal spent a lot of her time in a salon and has always loved playing with hair. She attended McLennan Community College for cosmetology and has been in the industry since 2004. Crystal specializes in haircuts, color, waxing, perms, and loves doing crazy bright hair colors. A few of her goals are to grow her skills in color, trendy haircuts, and perms.
Outside the salon, Crystal loves spending time with her husband and three boys at the lake. She also loves spending time with friends, eating Italian food, and watching the Fast and the Furious movies. Some of her favorite music genres are classic rock, alternative, pop, and country. Crystal is outgoing and a hard worker with a great sense of humor who enjoys getting to know her clients and giving them their dream hair!
